Follow the simple steps given below to recharge your Prepaid Mobile:

• Login to Citibank Online using your Internet Password (IPIN). In case you do not have an IPIN you can generate one by clicking here
• Click on the 'Recharge Prepaid Mobile' link on the left panel and enter the mobile number you wish to recharge, choose your operator and assign a nickname
• A 6-digit Online Authorisation Code (OAC) will be sent instantly to E-mail Id and to the mobile number as updated on your account with us
• Click on the 'Payee List' section and activate your mobile recharge payee using the 6-digit OAC
• Choose the account/Card you want to debit, enter the recharge amount and confirm this to recharge the Prepaid Mobile Number
• Your Prepaid Mobile will be recharged instantaneously and the confirmation for the same will be received as an SMS

You can also choose to remember these details for easy recharges in future.

In case you are trying to recharge an already registered number (an existing payee) then all you need to do is choose the payee and recharge.

You can also recharge your Prepaid Mobile connection by visiting a Citibank Kiosk or by calling CitiPhone.

• The facility is available only for Prepaid Mobile Phones
• For Airtel, recharge can be done for amounts Rs. 50, Rs. 100, Rs. 200, Rs. 300, Rs. 333, Rs. 444, Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 only
• Now Citibank customers can get access to services provided by Uninor
• Recharge via SMS service has been withdrawn. You can recharge your Prepaid Mobile connection by logging into Citibank Online, visiting a Citibank Kiosk or by calling CitiPhone
• Your request for recharge is sent to your mobile operator for the amount entered by you. Kindly check with your operator for increase in talk-time limit and validity period of the recharge
• On successful transaction your mobile operator will send you the confirmation through SMS. In case you do not receive any confirmation, please check the 'talk-time' limit with your operator
• If your talk-time amount does not increase for any reason, the amount would be reversed in 4 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday
• You are requested to enter the correct Prepaid Mobile Number. Citibank will not be responsible for erroneous entries
